VOC Show at Mag Addiction

A couple weeks back I attended the VOC show at Mag Addiction, most of the usual characters were there and some new faces too. I was judging the show n shine for most of the day and didn’t manage to take as many pictures as I normally do but here are some of what I could.

Launch of “Team Cape Town” event

I made my way to another Top Dawg event over the weekend. This time around it was the launch of “Team Cape Town” event. With the support of everyone, they were able to host an exceptionally successful event. This took place at Excelsior High in Belhar on Saturday, 24th September, yeah on “National Braai Day”! Goodwood Cricket Club fundraiser – Event coverage

Team dB and Team Autopunks have outdone themselves-AGAIN!! They always do something good for the community and this time round it was a fundraising event for the Goodwood Cricket Club. What an awesome event it was with some nice turnout of both cars and spectators! VolkEdition, CTSR, MK1 boys and German Spec are some of the car clubs that came out to show their support with Team SRD and walked away with the “Best Support Club”- award. SA Hot Rod FEST – Killarney

SA Hot Rods held a car show at Killarney and Justin Schenck from Cape Motorsport manage to capture the days action for those of you that could not make it. Some of the cars on show behind the new pit area were complete Hot Rod Porn. There was a Monster Energy Drink stand that catered for the Rugby enthusiasts and were serving cold beers all day long for the thirsty crowds!

WheelWorx Sound off with Audio Kings

This weekend there are a couple of interesting events to attend, on of which is the Park Off/Sound Off hosted by the Opel Club Cape Town at WheelWorx’s new branch in Wetton. Audio Kings will be running the sound off department for the day there will also be a Prepaid’s Car Wash at R50 for Wash & Dry, Vacuum, Tyre Polish and Dashboard Wipe inside. Come pull in if you have some spare time on Saturday afternoon.

Promo girl, Sound and Rev off

A number of events took place over the weekend and I was given another opportunity to judge at a “show and shine” event. I left early from the show event to be at the “Promo girl, Sound and Rev off” event that took place at Power Performance Exhaust in Parow. This successor was hosted by SSJ Concepts in conjunction with Team Autopunks. Starling Primary School Show N Shine fundraiser

Starling Primary School will be presenting a Car Show and Shine for a good cause. The school is suffering due to which area it falls under and thus receives no support from Department Of Education and other school support systems. The School is Principled by Mr. Raj who dedicates endless amounts of time to the school and various projects around the Cape Flats to help empower the youth that cannot afford education.
