This weekend was the 1st official practice at the WPMC. It was quite the awesome turn out of cars, it looks like this years 2012 season is going to rock. This is the Porsche GT2RS that races in Sports cars, its definitly one of my favourite cars that race at Killarney.Zack Groenewald Chevy performed like a boss last year, the car was thrown sideways around the track and still managed to pull a respectable time.

What makes MSA Drags different from Street2Strip?

In short, no long queues between runs

MSA Drags offers competitions, also known as Bracket Racing (more info on this to follow) which counts towards championship points to determine the top 3 champions for the year. After each event there is also a prize giving where you could possibly take home trophies and/or prize monies (TBC). ALL drag racing runs will be published after each event. Over the years Motown has become one of those name that you associate with awesome V8 power. Motown is based down here in Cape Town. Ralph the owner has been rebuilding his 1000HP Chev Firenza Can Am over the last couple of months to hopefully brake into the 8 second bracket.
