The heel and toe gearchange is an advanced driving technique which allows for smoother driving and braking. Smoother braking means you can brake harder and faster which ultimately results in faster lap times. Heel  and toeing is done so that consistent pressure can be applied to the brake pedal during downshifting.
Heel and toeing is done by keeping the top of your foot on the brake during a downshift and blipping the accelerator with the right side of the foot to bring up the engine RPM’s as the downshift is made.

Pogea Racing have released an amazing upgrade package for the special edition Fiat 500 Abarth 595 Ferrari that includes both performance and styling.
The German tuning company Pogea Racing believes that there’s something very wrong about with having a hot hatch carrying the Ferrari name and that’s powered by an engine producing only 165 horses . So the tuner grabbed hold of the Fiat and decided to do something about this problem.

4th Gymkhana at Brakenfell shopping centre
According to WBMK, there will apparently be a Gymkhana day being held on the 17th of July 2010 at the Brakenfell shopping centre.
Entries for the 4th Fairbridge Mall Gymkhana in Brackenfell are open. Please note that times will be similar to the 1st Cape Gate Gymkhana as it is still winter and the days are fairly short.
