The WPMC is proud to announce that it will once again be hosting a round of the MSA National Drag Championship leg for Streetcars and Motorcycles at Killarney on Saturday 11th February. With Killarney playing host to the first round of the 2012 F1X National MSA Drag racing championship, exciting entries have already been received from some top car and motorcycle competitors. We all know that cold Air carries more oxygen that warmer air. You may have noticed that when air is compressed it gets warmer. With forced air induction engines which us a turbo or a supercharger the air is much warmer than in an engine that doesn’t have forced induction.

This weekend was the 1st official practice at the WPMC. It was quite the awesome turn out of cars, it looks like this years 2012 season is going to rock. This is the Porsche GT2RS that races in Sports cars, its definitly one of my favourite cars that race at Killarney.Zack Groenewald Chevy performed like a boss last year, the car was thrown sideways around the track and still managed to pull a respectable time.
