D1S (Drift Squad) will be hosting a High Speed Drift Exhibition this Saturday Night, the 15th of January 2011.

20 of Cape Town’s best drifters and some novices have been invited to put on an exhibition of drifting. You have to come out to see this one… ITS GONNA BE SPECTACULAR!!

BoostSA will be camera hooning at the event.

It’s going to be one mind blowing, sideways, tire burning, engine roaring, turbo screaming, monster of an event. This is History in the Making, Yo!!!

Western Cape Spinning and Drifting Academy will be hosting a spinning event at Sacks Circle on New Years Eve. The event starts from 7pm to 1am.

There will be the following:
- Music/DJ’s
- Stalls
- Food and Beverages
- Spinning and some Drifting
- Off Street Parking
- Flood Lights to light up the entire Area.

Cover Charge is R20.

On Saturday 4th December, I decided to support a fundraiser event at a school on the Cape Flats called Rocklands High in Mitchells Plain. The reason for the event was to raise funds to complete the building process happening at the school. Being a teacher, I know that schools in the Western Cape suffer financially, especially in the poorer communities. On Friday 1st October, MonsterMob will be hosting the very first Drift Indaba in South Africa, drivers have been invited from all over SA to attend.  It will be the first gathering of its kind and we are super excited about it.
