The BIGGEST National WesBank Super Series,Engen National Race Day & Entertainment event in the Eastern Cape. It offers more than just loads of Premier car and motorcycle racing action. The Cape Town leg of the Pro Tour event was amazing, I have to say that the Wesbank Super Series and Pro Tour are by far my favourite racing events on our racing calender.

Street2Strip is open to all make of vehicles,JDM brand vehicles will be entitled to prizes from ECONOMIC MOTORSPORT & RACETEC. The first 30 JDM cars will also be welcome to park in the NEW PITS pit lane strip facing the main straight.

On Saturday, the 18th December 2010 SOCSA WC will be hosting a track day at Killarney Race track.
• If you own any Subaru or Evo no gate fee will be charged to the driver but all passengers have to pay.
• Prizes for best Car (Show and Shine)
• Prizes for quickest 3 Subaru’ or Evo’s
• Track time will cost you R150-00 for all sessions (this excludes lunch and you must drive a Subaru or EVO)
• Spectator Gate fee is R30-00 per adult and R15-00 for under 12 years
Lucky spectators will have a chance to win a drive in one of the fastest SUBARU’s in Cape Town.

This weekend was another belter for the Automodified crew. We experienced some excitement on Sunday as the Killarney track in Cape Town came alive with the sound of various racers strutting their skills and rides in the monthly open track day. As the team has regrettably not seen the track in a few months, we were privileged to witness a few new riders burning some rubber.
